The market feels boring. Doesn’t it?
Recently, I started to appreciate feeling boredom. With constant stimulation and demands for attention, boredom gives a nice break.
During the last bull cycle, I was constantly online in case a new 10000% APY farm launched. Things were exciting but this sensory overload led to a fatigue, and I wanted for a bear market to come.
Crucially, being bored means that things ARE NOT bad. You can’t be bored if you’re under stress of solving important problems.
It’s good for mental health.
Same applies to the crypto market. The market has been boring for the past two months as crypto trades sideways.
But compared to the start of the bear market, a boring bull market that trades sideways is good. BTC is stable near its 2021 all-time high, crypto companies aren’t going bankrupt, USDC isn’t depegged, and current cycle CEOs aren’t in jail. Yet.
